The Women in Agriculture Union (WAU) is dedicated to advancing gender equity within Zimbabwe’s agricultural sector by empowering women to take an active role in the nation’s agrarian reforms. This strategic plan for 2025-2030 outlines our goals, objectives, and strategies to bolster women’s participation in agriculture, contributing to Zimbabwe’s resurgence as the “breadbasket of Africa.” The plan focuses on four key areas: Operations & Administration, Advocacy, Membership & Public Relations, Business Development & External Relations, and Sustainability & Capacity Development.
